How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is $5.95 per order. Orders of $75 or more ship free.
When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 2–3 days of purchase. Delivery time is additional and varies by destination and carrier.

Can I return my purchase?
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unstitched, unaltered, and in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Some items are excluded; please see our Refund and Returns Policy for full details.
How do I request a return?
Email thebackstitcherco@gmail.com with your name, order number, and the item you wish to return. Please wait for approval and instructions before mailing it back. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns, and original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email thebackstitcherco@gmail.com within five days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can help.
What is a needle minder?
A needle minder is a small decorative magnet that sits on your needlepoint canvas and holds your needle while you take a break, so it doesn’t get lost or leave extra holes in your canvas.
How do I use my needle minder?
Each needle minder includes a separate backing magnet. Place the decorative minder on the front of your canvas and the backing magnet behind it to hold it in place. Rest your needle on the front while you’re taking a stitching break.
What size are your needle minders?
Most of our needle minders are approximately 1.5 inches, including our Christmas Reindeer, Christmas Goose, Christmas Flamingo, Christmas Palm Tree, Gingerbread House and Preppy Pumpkin. Just One More Stitch is approximately 1.25 inches, and Game Day Football is approximately 1 inch.
How should I care for my needle minder?
Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid soaking, harsh cleaners, and dropping it. Store the minder and backing magnet together when not in use.
Do needle minders make a good gift?
